DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

We will process your orders within 2-3 business days from the time of placement. We appreciate your patience!

Your order will be securely wrapped, using recycled materials wherever possible.

 

UK SHIPPING

  • Free UK delivery for order over £50.00.
  • Standard UK shipping is with Royal Mail 2nd class with 2-3 working days delivery to all UK addresses. 
  • For Royal Mail 2nd class shipping, we have 2 standard rates calculated by weightS. Anything below 200g is charged at £2.50, above is £5.
  • We may use alternative couriers such as Evri and DPD at times. If you’d like other shipping method please be in touch before placing orders.

 

    EU AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (work in progress)

    • For international orders please get in touch at itstooodd@gmail.com
    • There might be custom or duty fees for you to clear prior to the delivery.
    • We are currently not registered VAT therefore we do not charge VAT.

     

     

    RETURNS

    Please email us at itstooodd@gmail.com if you are at all unhappy with your item.

    We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is returned unworn in the same saleable condition.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

     

    SALE ITEMS

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

     

      EXCHANGES

      • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

       

       SHIPPING

      • The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and we recommend using a signed for and/or trackable service to make sure the package gets to us. We cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
      • We will process returns and exchanges within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.

       

      DAMAGES AND ISSUES

      • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

       

      EXCHANGES

      • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

       

      REFUNDS

      • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
